How Unbothered Was Born
from a journey of soul, skin & surrender
It all began somewhere between 2020 and 2021, when my heart started leaning quietly toward something deeper — a stillness, a knowing. I was being drawn into spirituality, into the magic of the universe, and most of all… into myself.
The deeper I went, the more my body began to whisper what it wanted. Or rather — what it no longer did. The junk food I once loved began to lose its charm. Alcohol slowly faded out of my life, not by force but by frequency. My system started craving clean, raw, real.
Perhaps this pull toward purity was always in my roots — from my father, who found magic in turmeric & other herbs , purest homemade cold pressed oils & masala which he crafted by hand, and my mother, whose gentle rituals of self-care made skincare feel sacred.
As I began vibrating higher, I felt a gentle rebellion rise from within — against anything that no longer aligned.
It wasn’t just food — it was everything I absorbed, including what I put on my skin. And in early 2021, like I do every year, I scribbled down my intentions. One of them simply read:
“Switch to all-natural skincare.”
A simple line. But it changed my life.
